A number of the metrics have a set scale that if things go over they just disappear. This would be the ones like Build Requests above 10, Steps above 60, Database above 40, etc...

Is there a reason for this or a way for these to adjust to fit the actual number so nothing is missing from the chart?

We haven't set any scale, what you said seems to me more like a bug. Please send me (Steve at PMEase dot com) some screen shots.
