Timezone per user #3013

I was looking at this: http://wiki.pmease.com/display/QB51/Dis ... +Time+Zone
but in our version 5.1.30 - Thu Jun 19 01:09:56 UTC 2014, the setting is not there. It is available in Administration -> System, but that would apply to all users? Can we do it per user as in your wiki?
Do I have to enable it somehow? If so, where?

Sorry the wiki is wrong on this. This setting is now global instead of per user. It is originally a per-user setting, but we make it global for some reason (can not remember it exactly).
