Hi,
When doing a proof build does the process only check for local conflicts in the specified changelist that is used when running a proof build after syncing the clientspec to latest?
I have had a instance where a local conflict was detected from my default changelist that i did not specify as one of the changelist to use for proof building, is this intended behaviour?

Right now QB detects conflicts for all change lists on your local client. It is reasonable to have QB only detect conflicts on specified change lists, please file an improvement request at track.pmease.com though.
