Wait for remote build to actually begin #3703

Problem: we are triggering a remote build on another server. Under load, the remote build can be successfully triggered, but it will sit in the queue in the WAITING_NODE state. I was hoping that the 'Wait For Start' option on the trigger step would wait until the build actually began, but it does not seem to have that behavior with remote builds.

Is there a relatively simple way (REST access is fine) to reliably wait for a remotely triggered build to begin?

I did think about using a remote repository, but I don't want to know the 'last' build, I want info about a specific build. Also, I cannot add more configurations on the local QB server.
