Looking at the documentation [https://wiki.pmease.com/display/QB80/Build+Agent+Installation+Guide] Windows 10 is not listed as supported operating system. Is this correct or does the documentation need some update?

Yes, it is officially supported. We just forget to include it into the installation guide.
