We received email from Atlassian: "By 3rd June 2019, if you're using a REST endpoint in Jira or Confluence Cloud with basic authentication, you will need to have updated your app or integration to use an API token, OAuth, or Atlassian Connect."

We have configured the Issue Tracker in our QuickBuild instance with a username and password. Will this be affected and if not, what do we need to do to ensure the connection doesn't break?
