Build never stops #4477

Hey

QB version = 11.0.21

Sometimes we have a build blocked because the agent (and master) are not available anymore. The master step is "failed" but a one child step is still running.
The agent does not exist anymore (the master node neither) but the build is still running, even if the build timeout value is reached.
Is there any way to stop the build without restarting the server?

Please tick the option "cancel on error" in step "prepare cloud agents" to see if it works.
