Hi,
We are facing exception during importing an xml configuration file. Can anyone help on the process of importing files.

Also, we tried to upload zipped xml file. But .zip extension is not supported as shown in the screenshot. Please let us know the right procedure to upload configuration file and import it.Screenshot 2024-05-10 115435.png

QB expects the file to import being exported previously via QB. Simply providing a configuration xml or its zipped format will not work.

The xml file which we tried import was exported earlier from QB only. We are doing this as part of Infra change.
Could you please help here.

Also make sure versions of QB doing exporting and importing are of the same version.

Thank you for the input. I tried importing the 13.0.x version xml in 14.0.x version. We will try with the same version and let you know.
