Dark mode and Gadgets #4580

After updating to version 14.0.12 (from 14.0.11) the problem is back, that the Gadgets are being displayed in light mode even the system and/or browser as well as QuickBuild is set to dark mode. When setting to light mode, the Gadgets are in dark mode.

I have created a ticket to track this issue:

The workaround so far is:

  1. Visit the QuickBuild web UI
  2. Press F12 if you are using chrome or edge to open developer tools
  3. Select Application tab
  4. Expand 'Local storage' and choose your quickbuild site, then select the key named color-theme, delete it
  5. Expand 'Cookies' and choose your quickbuild site, then select the key named theme, delete it
  6. Refresh QuickBuild UI
  7. Toggle dark mode to check whether the issue persists
